Pile/pillar moulds are specially designed and manufactured to produce the same product with high productivity.

These combined foundation pile moulds can be manufactured in any size required by customers.

In this case, the battery mould in question would be 15m long and 5 strips for MODEL SV95 and 4 strips for MODEL CB105 to produce a pile with a section of 165X240 / 165 and 200x180 / 190 mm.

The mould has silent blocks with neoprene to absorb vibration, minimizing its transmission to the factory foundations. The chassis is built of structural pipe, ensuring maximum rigidity, while the lower structure has laminated steel sections. Battery moulds usually have 6mm sheets for surface contact with concrete.
The mould contains a vibration system consisting of air vibrators located under the table.

The mould blocks are similar to the column mould, once the required separators are placed to obtain the desired pile length, the reinforcement is attached and the concrete is poured.

Once the concrete is placed, the separators are removed and the slabs are removed and stored using a balancing beam and crane.
This battery block mould can also have a heating system designed according to customer requirements.
