Our equipment can produce various types of wall panels.
1. Energy-saving panel
The panel is produced using additional insulating materials. The panel is easy to plaster, which allows maintaining a very low heat transfer coefficient. As a result, you get a monolithic facade and high heat retention. The inner part of the panel is easily processed with putty.
Thickness 350-500 mm. Heat transfer coefficient 0.09-0.16 J/m2
2. Monolithic panel
A panel that is plastered on the facade side to give the wall a monolithic look. It has excellent heat retention. The inner part of the panel is made of expanded clay concrete or other insulating materials depending on the load. The inner part is easily processed with putty.
Thickness 300-400 mm. Heat transfer coefficient 0.12-0.20 J/m2
3. External panel
External panel with visible seams, ready for processing. The outer part can be dotted, matte or smooth. The inner part is easily processed with putty.

4. Load-bearing panel
Load-bearing panel/wall treated with foam insulation. Designed for the construction of houses that are planned to be decorated as brick. The inner part is easily processed with putty.
Thickness 100-150 mm (excluding insulation)
5. Basement/underground panel
Designed for the construction of premises that will be fully or partially located
underground. The surface is treated with droning foam insulation.
Thickness = 300-350 mm. Heat transfer coefficient = 0.16 to 0.21 J / m2 (varies depending on the insulation).
6. Internal wall panel
Used in the construction of an insulated house with energy-saving and heat-saving properties. Unlike apartment walls, these walls have a high level of sound insulation,
since insulated walls have high sound absorption. Expanded clay concrete does not allow moisture to pass through, which helps to avoid high levels of humidity in the room. The surface is easily processed with putty. Thickness 100-300 mm.
