Basic Version
The basic version includes a double-layer installation with a melting grid and three heating jackets mounted on a supporting frame.
It is equipped with a special mixing system with a frequency converter, controlled via a separate IP66-rated control panel.
The frequency converter includes a reverse function to increase mixing intensity.
Principle of Operation
The melter is equipped with a unique melting grid made of pointed tubes, located in the upper part of the unit, through which hot thermal fluid circulates.
When the product comes into contact with the grid, it is heated, cut, and deposited into the working vessel as partially melted small pieces.
Below the melting grid, a filtration mesh prevents unwanted particles from entering the product, ensuring product purity.
The working vessel is fitted with three heating jackets—two on the sides and one at the bottom—providing uniform and intensive heating.
Inside the vessel, a segmented screw (plasticator) mixes, grinds, and homogenizes the product.
Forward and reverse movement of the screw intensifies heat transfer and homogenization.
At the same time, the screw discharges the processed product from the unit.
