The mobile concrete plant Sumab K 40 is designed to produce high-quality concrete and concrete mixtures, in a volume of up to 40 m3 per hour. The exact performance indicators of the plant depend on the type and brand of concrete produced, as well as on the inert materials used in the production of concrete, cement and the amount of chemical additives.

The mobile concrete plant is equipped with a convenient control cabin and an automatic plant control system. The modern Siemens computer system allows you to produce 100 recipes and grades of concrete. It is possible to print out each mixture of the finished batch in kilograms and percent, inert materials or cement during the preparation of the concrete mixture.

The basic configuration of the plant includes the following elements

1. Fully automated mobile concrete plant, capacity 40 m3 per hour. Located on a container frame.

2. Inert material bins 4* 2.4 m3

3. Inert material weighing sensors. Located under the planetary mixer.

4. Conveyor for feeding inert materials from bins to the mixer, incl. electric motor 4.5 KW Located under the bins

5. Pan-mixer 1500/1000 liters, covered with a 12 mm layer of special wear-resistant steel Hardox.

5 quick-release blades with fiberglass tips. Automatically opening valve for feeding ready-mixed concrete.

6. Galvanized water tank, 250 liters, with built-in Danfoss pump and water feeder

7. Mobile concrete plant control panel.

100 concrete grades with the ability to change the concrete grade before each batch. Printer with printout of the finished mix in kg and %.
